1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Premier Designs 702 (“Designer”) through the website www.websiteslasvegas.com and govern the business relationship between the Designer and the Client. By engaging in the services of the Designer, the Client agrees to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Premier Designs 702 offers professional web design services, specializing in WordPress. Services include, but are not limited to:

Custom WordPress website design
Website development and implementation
Domain name and hosting setup (through GoDaddy or other hosting providers as per Client’s preference)
Website maintenance and updates (optional)

Each project will have a custom proposal that outlines the specific scope of services.

3. Hosting and Domain

If the Client does not have a hosting provider or domain, Premier Designs 702 can assist in setting up a hosting account with GoDaddy or another provider chosen by the Client.
Hosting and domain management will be the Client’s responsibility, and they will be billed directly by the hosting provider.
Backups are provided by the hosting provider (e.g., GoDaddy). The Designer is not responsible for data loss or recovery if the Client does not have an appropriate backup solution in place.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. Work will commence once the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the website goes live or the final files are delivered.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30).
Payments can be made via Debit card, Credit Card, Paypal, Zelle, or Bank Transfer
Late payments will incur a fee of 5 per month if not received by the due date.

5. Revisions

The Client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions during the project.
Any additional revisions beyond the included 3 rounds will be charged at $95 per hour.
All revisions must be submitted in a timely manner to avoid delays in project completion.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
Ensure that any materials supplied do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Approve design milestones and deliverables promptly to keep the project on schedule.

7. Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final website design.
Premier Designs 702 retains the rights to any original elements, code, or creative assets used in the design unless otherwise specified in writing.
The Designer may use the completed project in their portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise by the Client.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the project with 14 days’ written notice.
If the Client terminates the project, the Designer will retain the deposit and any payments for work completed up to the date of termination.
Premier Designs 702 reserves the right to terminate the project if the Client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or payment in a timely manner.

9. Liability

Premier Designs 702 will provide professional services to ensure the website functions correctly and meets the Client’s specifications. However, the Designer is not responsible for:
- Loss of profit, revenue, or data
- Downtime or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers like GoDaddy)
- External hacking, breaches, or unforeseen technical issues beyond their control

10. Maintenance and Support

Basic support for minor technical issues is provided for 30 days after the website goes live.
Ongoing website maintenance can be provided at an hourly rate of $95 per hour, with an option for 4 hours of maintenance per month for $380/month.
Maintenance services include content updates, security patches, and small design adjustments.

11. Third-Party Services

If the project includes third-party services (e.g., external plugins, payment gateways), the Client will be subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
Premier Designs 702 is not responsible for any issues or service disruptions related to third-party providers.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project, including business practices, financial information, and any other confidential material.

13. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The Client will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of any revisions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
